Aeonia Ahead is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal information necessary to provide our services:

• User-Created Content: Matters, reminders, notes, and tags you create within the app are stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud.
• App Preferences: Your settings such as language preference, theme selection, and notification preferences are stored locally on your device.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit service. This data is:

• Encrypted in transit and at rest
• Accessible only to you through your Apple ID
• Subject to Apple's Privacy Policy

We do not have access to your iCloud data.

Local Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app schedules local notifications on your device for reminders. These notifications are processed entirely on your device and are not sent to any external server.

Data We Do NOT Collect

We want to be clear about what we do not do:

• We do not collect personal identification information
• We do not track your location
• We do not use analytics or tracking services
• We do not share any data with third parties
• We do not display advertisements
• We do not have servers that store your data

Data Storage and Security

All your data is stored:

• Locally: On your device using Apple's Core Data framework
• In iCloud: If enabled, using Apple's CloudKit with end-to-end encryption

We recommend keeping your device updated and using a strong passcode to protect your data.

Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Delete individual items directly within the app
• Uninstall the app to remove all local data
• Manage iCloud data through your device's Settings > Apple ID > iCloud

Children's Privacy

Aeonia Ahead does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences and does not contain content inappropriate for children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
